So I was completely at a loss regarding why when I was using Photoshop, I couldn't get my intuos pen's button to grab the screen so I could move the page around whilst drawing. I have one of these:

After much searching and raging at my computer, I did two things.
1. I turned off Windows Ink:
Open Wacom Tablet Properties > Go to Photoshop > Mapping > Uncheck Use Windows Ink
2. I downloaded an older driver
Go to https://www.wacom.com/en-in/support/product-support/drivers
I selected one of the drivers from the "Previous drivers for our latest professional pen d
